With Atlas the quality of Renner is certified

With a series of laboratories distributed all over the planet, American Atlas Material Testing Solutions is the world’s most uncompromising judge  when it comes to measuring the deterioration caused  by solar radiation, humidity, wind and rainfall.
Established in 1915, it based its headquarters in Chicago.
Pressing market demand has convinced  Atlas to disembark in the Old Continent. It now has a seat in the European Union,  in Linsengericht, Germany. Almost a century ago the institution started up its research, creating the first laboratory equipment to simulate the deterioration and discolouring suffered by surfaces exposed to solar radiation.  Atlas was the first in its sector to be equipped with sophisticated artificial accelerated aging devices, such as the Xenotest. The company has set up a network of natural exposure sites distributed in every corner of the world.  Some of them are based in places where climate conditions can be extreme. When it comes to UV solar radiation and rainfall, Townsville, Australia, and Miami, Florida (USA) fall within this category. And it is there, at the two extremes of the world, that Renner subjected joinery treated with products of the Top Quality  range to the EverSummer programme, and successfully passed twelve months of gruelling tests, becoming the only Italian company to obtain the Atlas certification.
